About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Director to lead our technology strategy, oversee product development, and ensure the alignment of our technical initiatives with the company’s business goals. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, technology infrastructure, and innovation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering and technology team.
  • Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable and secure systems.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with other executives to drive product innovation and digital transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and best practices.
  • Manage technical budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Provide technical thought leadership and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Director, Head of Engineering, or in a senior technology leadership role.
  • Strong background in software development, systems architecture, and IT management.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale technology platforms and manage complex projects.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in , fintech, SaaS, e-commerce is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
