We're seeking a collaborative and dedicated QA Specialist who:

2 years of professional experience in software testing
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
Proficiency in manual test design, execution, and reporting.
Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with banking systems, FinTech products, or high-security platforms is a plus.
Basic database knowledge (SQL queries, data validation).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android).
Familiarity with cloud-based applications and microservice architectures.
Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG).
Exposure to performance and load testing best practices.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust) is an advantage.
ISTQB certification or equivalent knowledge is a strong plus.

:What You Will Do

Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Conduct manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration and performance tests to ensure product reliability.
Execute API testing using tools like Postman and automate API test suites where applicable.
Detect, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and verify resolutions.
Collaborate closely with developers to perform Root Cause Analysis and ensure timely bug fixes.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, story reviews, and release readiness.
Prepare clear and detailed test documentation, reports, and metrics on product quality.
Continuously improve QA processes and frameworks
