About the Role
We are looking for a talented and autonomous Product Designer to join our growing team for the MyMCI & Shop project at Rahgozin Rayaneh. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoffs.You will work closely with product management and our frontend engineering team to translate complex requirements into intuitive, seamless, and high-performing digital experiences.
We are looking for a talented and autonomous Product Designer to join our growing team for the MyMCI & Shop project at Rahgozin Rayaneh. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoffs.You will work closely with product management and our frontend engineering team to translate complex requirements into intuitive, seamless, and high-performing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Own the entire design process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
- Collaboration & Feasibility: Partner closely with Product Managers to understand business goals and collaborate with Frontend Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Design System Ownership: Build, scale, and maintain our internal Design System/Component Library in Figma, ensuring consistency across all applications and aligning closely with frontend UI components.
- User-Centric Iteration: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback or product metrics to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.
- Handoff Quality: Deliver clean, well-documented, and production-ready design files, including edge cases, error states, and responsive layouts to minimize gaps during the development phase.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (including AI tools), with Figma being our primary tool of choice.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, mobile-first design principles, and modern layout structures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of usability best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user psychology.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice To Have:
- Experience building and managing complex Design Systems using Figma variables, tokens, and auto-layout.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS) or familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, allowing for deeper collaboration with engineers.
- Experience running rapid prototyping or design sprint workshops.
- Familiarity with analytics and product discovery tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
