شرح موقعیت شغلی

A Mid-Level Go (Golang) Developer, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using Go. The role contributes to service architecture, performance optimization, reliability, observability (logging/metrics/tracing), testing, and deployment practices. The developer works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features and continuously improve code quality and system stability.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs (API contracts, data models, workflows).
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Go (REST and/or gRPC).
  • Design and implement data access layers; manage database migrations; optimize queries and indexes.
  • Apply Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, context) to build efficient, high-throughput services.
  • Implement robust error handling, retries, timeouts, and graceful degradation patterns.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests; contribute to end-to-end testing where applicable.
  • Implement structured logging, metrics, and tracing to support production monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve maintainability and readability.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker); support deployments to staging/production.
  • Integrate with caches and messaging systems (e.g., Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ) when required.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps/SRE, QA, and product teams to deliver stable releases.


 1) Technical Knowledge


  • Solid understanding of backend fundamentals: API design, authentication/authorization, versioning, and error modeling.
  • Familiarity with service-oriented or microservices architecture and synchronous/asynchronous communication patterns.
  • Understanding of web and networking basics: HTTP/HTTPS, status codes, request/response lifecycle.
  • Good database concepts: schema design, indexing, transactions, isolation, and performance considerations.
2) Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in Go: project structure, interfaces, error handling, context propagation, concurrency.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and query optimization; familiarity with migrations tools.
  • Working knowledge of testing practices (unit/integration), mocking, and code quality tooling.
  • Experience with Docker and basic deployment workflows; exposure to CI/CD.
  • Nice-to-have: Redis, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), observability stack (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/OpenTelemetry).
