Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-centric Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive the full-cycle hiring process. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring the right cultural and competency fit. Your work will directly influence team growth, culture, and company performance. While technical hiring experience is not required, familiarity with tech roles, structures, and market dynamics is highly valued and considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

Manage and continuously improve the end-to-end talent acquisition process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to gather role requirements and refine job descriptions based on organizational goals
Work closely with technical teams to co-create accurate and compelling job descriptions and job profiles that reflect real expectations and team needs
Conduct structured evaluations of candidates based on HR standards and culture-fit frameworks
Collect and analyze candidate experience feedback to improve recruitment quality and employer brand
Identify hard-to-fill roles and propose creative and scalable sourcing solutions
Maintain up-to-date recruitment documentation and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively
Support and lead employer branding initiatives and represent the company at hiring events
Contribute to the development of internal talent acquisition processes and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with technical recruitment, including understanding of roles such as software developers, database administrators, and DevOps engineers
Knowledge of the tech talent market and trends in sourcing and engaging technical candidates
Experience in collaborating with technical teams and accurately translating their hiring needs into effective search strategies
A proven track record in hiring for technical positions is a strong plus
