Now, we’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our creative and product-driven team, and help us elevate our user experience across digital touchpoints.

About the Role

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences that enable researchers and event organizers to seamlessly discover, explore, and register for academic conferences around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Translate product requirements, business objectives, and user insights into intuitive wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design elegant, scalable, and user-centered interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and a smooth handoff from concept to implementation.
  • Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to continuously refine the user experience.
  • Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in product design and digital experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work — from research to polished UI.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience in creating responsive designs for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven, and iterative environment.
  • Curiosity for academic, educational, or event-tech industries is a plus!
