شرح موقعیت شغلی

We at Karafs are looking for an associate product manager to help us develop our new product:

You are supposed to do these:

You will help your team shape, their objectives, KPIs and roadmaps, OKR, and review and report them
Customer research, analysis and defining A/B test scenarios to maintain and improving customer retention, and creating personas
Business analysis and business development planning
Own and develop a relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration, following up different providers to bring up with content
Contribute to business model analysis, canvas Model and effective customer-focused pricing strategy.
Assist in Defining creative, high-quality road maps based on team strategy and vision. Creating documents relating to product life cycle including product strategy, roadmap, business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications, User stories, ….
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Assist in breaking down problems into small actionable steps and have an eye on product development moving fast and agile to achieve our long term goals
Create design concepts and work closely with engineers to implement and iterate on product features under the Product Manager’s supervision.
Prioritize user stories and help the team with finding the best technical solutions for problems at hand under the Product Manager’s supervision.
You talk to our customers to understand how we can help them better.
Strategy analysis, benchmarking, environment and competitors tracking

Requirement:

Minimum related Bachelor degree preferably MBA
Data-driven and quantitative character
Proactiveness and self-sufficiency
At least one year experience in related fields
Team player
Familiarity with the startup ecosystem
English fluency in reading & writing
