Rabex is a forward-thinking company in FINTECH industry. We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational skills in product management and a keen interest in growing within the Agile product development framework.

Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying products that meet our business demands within the cryptocurrency and financial markets. Your responsibilities will encompass product definition, research and development, competitive analysis, roadmap creation, goal setting, data analysis, and cross-functional team collaboration to ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business teams to identify products that align with our business objectives in the cryptocurrency and financial markets.
Define products from A to Z, detailing all flows and aspects, with a strong emphasis on research and development.
Develop detailed product roadmaps based on thorough market and competitive insights.
Break down product objectives into session goals and sprint goals, providing clear definitions and directions.
Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and product strategy.
Ensure seamless communication and delivery of product definitions to relevant teams, providing ongoing support and addressing any queries.
Implement and manage agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and other agile practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the software or cryptocurrency sectors.
Strong understanding of the financial markets or cryptocurrency.
Excellent research and development skills, with the ability to define and detail product specifications.
Experience in competitive analysis and strategic planning.
Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making based on data insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
Successful track record in software product management.
