Rabex, an Iran-based crypto vanguard, emerged to meet the growing demand for a comprehensive local crypto trading platform. Rabex offers an array of services to help local traders engage with the global crypto community, blockchain technology, and distributed ledger mechanisms in Iran.

We’re now building the most secure and trusted digital asset exchange platform for Iranian traders, and that’s a big challenge. This is where you come in. What you'll be doing:

Design high-performance trading gateways for our clients.
Design, build, and maintain backend services that support trade matching, accounting, financial reporting, liquidity, and risk management.
Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems.
Work alongside our engineers and shareholders to map our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.

What we look for in you:

4+ years of professional experience.
Experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with knowledge of service-oriented architecture.
Proven ability to build applications from scratch, including coordination with other key stakeholders.
Strong coding skills, with a focus on writing high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as an advisor, coach, mentor, and partner. Capable of representing the tech team to ideate, plan, and contribute.

Requirements:

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Go.
Experience with PostgreSQL at scale.
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
Proven experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining large-scale production services, with a solid understanding of service-oriented architecture.

Nice to Have:

Work experience at an exchange, financial or banking institution, eCommerce, or payments processing.
Interest, knowledge, or experience in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
Knowledge in finance and security.
