As a PM you will drive and plan for one of our business lines focused on recruitment. Your main responsibility is being able to increase the efficiency of the system by making data-driven decisions, identifying priorities, planning, and delivering a best-in-class experience on B2B & B2C sides. We are looking for entrepreneurial and passionate Product Managers to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast-paced company.
Responsibilities

- Provide cross-functional leadership and internal communication
- Provide clarity on the ‘What’ and ‘Why’ of customer & business needs to the delivery squad
- Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external teams
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, business development team, marketing team, development teams) to ensure goals are clear and aligned to business objectives
- Define, plan and deliver products, services, and capabilities for features/epics
- Own your product’s entire lifecycle from strategy through design, development, launch, and support
- Run feature prioritization sessions and work closely with design and development
- Create, and maintain user stories, and develop and prioritize functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to clarify and validate processes to guide development teams.
- Participate in Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, and Retrospectives
- Monitors team velocity and seeks to continuously improve the product development process
- Continuously measure core success metrics and identify opportunities to iterate and improve features and offerings
- Review customer feedback to determine where to prioritize focus within the product
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Product Owner/ Manager experience
- Proven leadership and effective decision-making
- Able to size and prioritize sprints, developing and maintaining a product roadmap
- Knowledge of the Agile Scrum framework.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and deliver on-time
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- User Experience Design (not necessary but would be an asset)

بعد از گذشت ده سال، امروز حدود بیش از ۸۰ نفر از جمله یک تیم ۳۰ نفره از طراحان، پشتیبانها و منتورها به تیم اصلی کوئرا پیوستهاند. به یاری این تیم بزرگ، کوئرا توانسته است به آرزوی خود که ساخت جامعهای برای توسعهدهندگان ایران است، نزدیکتر شود. کوئرا ۶ محصول را در حوزه برنامهنویسی توسعه داده است و رویدادهای تخصصی را در این حوزه برگزار میکند. کوئرا تاکنون بیش از ۵۰۰هزار کاربر داشته و توانسته با بیش از ۳۰۰ شرکت همکاری به عمل آورد و محصولات نرمافزاری مختلفی در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات پیادهسازی کرده است.
