شرح موقعیت شغلی

In an online business, designing, developing and maintaining an efficient and secure platform is the most important parameter. If you are a highly experienced PO who has been involved in great web & mobile projects, has creative mind and ideas, and are interested in participating in a young and energetic team to make the platform of a strong brand, then we have an opportunity for you. 

PO in Qpage is responsible for requirement engineering, backlog management and keeping that on the way. Our desired person to take this job vacancy is an senior expert for owning applications who has deep understanding and experience for refining, prioritizing & estimating PBIs in agile frameworks. You need to have these skills for this job position: 

 

Support an Agile Software Development process, working in conjunction with stakeholders and technical delivery team

Ensure quality by providing traceability to design documentation, features, user stories, test cases, and operational training material

Work directly with other product owners, product managers, developers, testers, and customers to help define features and create technical user stories

Communicate and collaborate with other Scrum teams to define, track and integrate components across our platform solution.

Work directly with the technical teams to size, prioritize and plan the implementation for features and user stories.

Accountable for the creation and prioritization of product backlogs

Attend Release Planning sessions

Attend Sprint Planning sessions, communicates sprint goal

Attend daily scrum

 

Job requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional business systems analysis experience, including experience as an Agile Product Owner

Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment

Familiar with SDLC

Familiar with HR processes

Deep understanding of iterative development methodologies

Highly detail oriented and well organized

Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented

Proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting commitments

Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Flexible to new situations and challenges

Fluent in English
