In this role, you will own activation across Toman’s corporate services: the journey from onboarding and access setup through integration, first successful use, and early repeat adoption. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for a product manager who can combine customer discovery, funnel analysis, service design, and disciplined delivery.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Banking Partnerships. Your job is to remove friction without compromising the controls, reliability, and trust expected from a financial platform.
What you’ll own:
Own the end-to-end activation journey across corporate services—from handoff after sale and company verification to access, technical integration, first successful transaction, and repeat usage.
Define what “activated” means for different customer segments and services, including clear milestones, behavioral signals, and success thresholds.
Set activation strategy, outcomes, and a prioritized roadmap based on customer value, business impact, operational effort, risk, and technical feasibility.
Identify the largest sources of friction through funnel data, customer interviews, support tickets, integration logs, and frontline feedback.
Design and run experiments across onboarding, dashboards, API documentation, sandbox environments, lifecycle communication, and assisted activation.
Partner with Operations, Risk, and Compliance to simplify verification and setup while preserving regulatory and internal-control requirements.
Translate ambiguous customer and business problems into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable releases.
Lead discovery and delivery with Engineering and Design; maintain a healthy backlog, make trade-offs, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Create feedback loops with Sales and Customer Success so recurring customer problems become scalable product improvements rather than manual workarounds.
Monitor post-launch performance, investigate activation failures, and continuously improve the journey.
How success will be measured:
You will establish baselines and targets with the team. Core measures are expected to include:
Activation rate by customer segment, service, and acquisition channel.
Time to first value: from approval to first successful, meaningful financial workflow.
Conversion and time spent between key milestones such as access setup, integration, testing, and production use.
First-attempt success rate and reduction in avoidable setup or integration failures.
Early repeat usage and adoption of relevant corporate services.
Customer effort, satisfaction, and volume of activation-related support or operational interventions.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of a customer journey, B2B workflow, onboarding funnel, or growth/activation problem.
Strong product judgment and the ability to turn complex, cross-functional problems into a clear strategy and practical roadmap.
Demonstrated use of quantitative and qualitative evidence to form hypotheses, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact.
Experience working closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, platforms, or technically complex products.
Ability to write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria and stay engaged through build, testing, rollout, and iteration.
Excellent stakeholder management: you can align teams with different incentives and move work forward without formal authority.
Customer empathy and confidence speaking directly with corporate users, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
Comfort operating in ambiguity, taking ownership, and balancing speed, reliability, risk, and customer experience.
Professional working proficiency in Persian and the ability to work with English product and technical documentation.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, banking, payments, treasury, enterprise SaaS, or another regulated environment.
Familiarity with corporate banking workflows such as transfers, cash-in, balance and statement services, reconciliation, or settlement.
Hands-on experience with product analytics, SQL, funnel analysis, A/B testing, or experimentation platforms.
Experience improving API onboarding, developer experience, documentation, sandbox-to-production conversion, or enterprise implementation journeys.
Understanding of KYC/KYB, access management, financial controls, or transaction reliability.
