شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Productic Studio, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on a product in the financial markets space. You’ll be responsible for redesigning an existing MVP, improving the overall product experience, and designing new features as the product evolves.
This role needs someone who can move fast without lowering the quality bar. You should be comfortable understanding an existing product, mapping flows, studying competitors, exploring solutions in Figma, and turning unclear requirements into clear, high-quality product experiences.
You won’t work in isolation. You’ll shape decisions together with Founder, Product, and Engineering, bringing strong design judgement into the process from early exploration through implementation.

The Work You’ll Shape

  • Redesign key parts of an existing MVP and improve the overall product experience.
  • Design new features from early requirements through user flows, prototypes, and final interfaces.
  • Analyze competitors and relevant products to identify patterns, opportunities, and better solutions.
  • Improve product architecture, navigation, usability, and the clarity of complex user journeys.
  • Produce high-quality, consistent UI and iterate quickly in Figma from exploration through implementation.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a closely related role.
  • Strong command of Figma, with the ability to move quickly from exploration to polished design.
  • Strong foundations in UX, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
  • Experience redesigning existing digital products, not only designing new experiences from scratch.
  • Ability to turn complex requirements into simple and understandable user flows.
  • Strong product thinking and the ability to reason about the experience beyond individual screens.
  • Experience improving both user experience and interface quality across a product.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and using AI tools effectively as part of the design process.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering and make decisions collectively.
  • Strong attention to detail without becoming slow or overly dependent on perfect requirements.

What Gives You an Edge

  • Direct experience designing products in Crypto, Forex, Trading
  • Experience working on data-heavy products, dashboards, or analytical interfaces.
  • Experience designing products where complex information needs to feel simple and actionable.

We want to understand the actual product context, the problem you were solving, the data or evidence you had, your reasoning, the decisions and trade-offs you made, how the solution evolved, and the outcome.
