شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who will work across our React frontend and Node.js backend as part of an international, fast-moving team.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years professional experience working with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong Node.js experience (Express, Fastify or similar) and building backend services/APIs.
Solid knowledge of modern frontend tech: React, Hooks, Redux/Context API; Next.js is a plus.
Experience with REST and/or GraphQL API design and integration.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI/layout, and accessibility best practices.
Familiarity with frontend & backend build/tooling and workflows: Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn/pnpm.
Experience with databases (one or more): PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar; ORM experience (Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize) is a plus.
DevOps / deployment basics: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) — desirable.
Experience with automated testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or backend testing frameworks — a plus.
Good understanding of performance optimization, caching, and security best practices.
English level: C1 (written & spoken).
Availability to work full-time (overlapping hours with international team).
Strong communication skills, ownership, and ability to work independently and in collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable React frontends and Node.js backend services.
Implement robust APIs (REST/GraphQL), integrate with databases and third-party services.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend/frontend teammates to deliver high-quality features.
Optimize applications for speed, performance, responsiveness, and security.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; contribute to and enforce best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and planning.
Help improve the team's CI/CD, observability, and deployment processes.

Nice to have

Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG) and hybrid apps.
Experience with TypeScript across full stack.
Background in scalable microservices architecture.
Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) or realtime (WebSockets).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus/Grafana, Sentry, ELK).
