The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing advanced network infrastructure to ensure robust, secure, and scalable connectivity solutions. This role focuses on leveraging expertise in Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) principles, VXLAN, advanced routing protocols, Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), firewalls, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to deliver high-performance network environments. The primary purpose is to architect, maintain, and optimize enterprise-grade network systems, ensuring seamless operation, security, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy complex network architectures utilizing VXLAN and advanced routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
Implement and manage Cisco ACI solutions to support software-defined networking and data center operations.
Configure and maintain enterprise firewalls to ensure network security and compliance with organizational policies.
Deploy and manage Cisco ISE for network access control, authentication, and policy enforcement.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-level network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business requirements.
Stay updated on emerging network technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Deep understanding of Cisco ACI architecture (Tenant/VRF/BD/EPG design) with hands-on experience in building and automating full-stack fabrics using Terraform and Ansible
Cisco ACI Fabric Design & Deployment
ACI Automation using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
ACI Configuration Management via Ansible
Integration with virtualization and L4-L7 services

Required Qualifications:

Minimum academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience in Network security
CCIE certification (Enterprise Infrastructure or Data Center preferred).
In-depth knowledge of VXLAN, EVPN, and advanced routing protocols.
Proficiency in Cisco ACI configuration and management.
Strong understanding of firewall technologies (e.g., Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE for identity-based network security.
Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and high-availability network solutions.
