At BluBank, we are looking for talented, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly and professional Product team as a UX Researcher.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping product decisions through deep user insights and strategic research initiatives.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct mixed-method user research — including qualitative interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data-driven studies
Define research goals, hypotheses, and select appropriate methods across different stages of the product lifecycle.
Apply statistical methods to analyze user behavioral data and help interpret the results to drive product strategy
Utilize clustering and segmentation techniques to identify meaningful user groups and define data-driven personas
Present research findings in a structured and compelling way to designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights directly inform product and design decisions

Requirements

Academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
2+ years of professional experience in UX research, preferably within digital products or services
Proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SPSS for data manipulation and analysis
Practical understanding of segmentation models and clustering algorithms to categorize user behavior or market trends
Ability to translate data and observations into practical, impactful design recommendations
Clear and compelling communication skills; able to tell stories that inspire product teams
Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of research projects
