شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving professional to support data analysis and development within Blu Finance. The ideal candidate will be able to transform raw data into actionable insights, analytical dashboards, and quantitative models, while playing an effective role in product and business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain analytical and management dashboards to monitor product, business, operations, sales, credit, and user behavior performance
Define and standardize product and business KPIs and metrics in collaboration with Product, Business, Finance, Risk, and Tech teams
Analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights to identify growth opportunities, improve user experience, and mitigate risks
Extract, clean, combine, and prepare required data for analysis and modeling
Develop and evaluate quantitative models, including Scoring, Segmentation, Forecasting, Risk/Limit, and customer behavior prediction models
Validate and backtest models, and monitor their accuracy, stability, and drift
Perform data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve data-related issues
Present analytical and modeling results to business teams and translate data-driven findings into actionable recommendations
Document analyses, dashboards, and developed models while following version control and change management practices

Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, BI, Quantitative Analysis, Data Science, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to work with large datasets and optimize queries
Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, data processing, and modeling
Experience with Statistics and Quantitative Modeling
Experience designing and developing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase
Familiarity with Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and ETL/ELT concepts
Familiarity with Credit, Risk, and Scoring concepts
Experience in Model Validation and Backtesting, with an understanding of concepts such as Model Drift and Model Performance
Ability to translate data and model outputs into clear, actionable insights for business teams
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify data discrepancies and quality issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound professional judgment, and data-driven decision-making
Business-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Business, Finance, Risk, and Tech teams

Nice to Have:

Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Credit, or Risk
Experience developing credit models, customer behavior prediction models, or limit-setting models
Experience working with financial and transactional data
Familiarity with Data Quality and Data Governance processes
