شرح موقعیت شغلی

At blubank, we are seeking talented, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Senior Product Designer to join our friendly and professional team. If you’re looking for a workplace where you can grow and continuously learn, this opportunity is for you!

As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft intuitive, engaging user experiences that align with business goals while advocating for user needs. Leveraging your design expertise, user-centered mindset, and collaboration skills, you will deliver effective design solutions across mobile and web platforms. You will contribute to shaping product strategy, mentor junior designers, and iterate continuously to improve product experiences.

Responsibilities:


  •  Design high-quality user experiences through wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Utilize user research, data, and feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Clearly document and present design processes, decisions, and rationales to stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistency by applying and evolving the design system.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, supporting their growth and maintaining design quality across the team.
  • Continuously improve shipped features by identifying user needs and implementing enhancements based on learnings.
Qualifications:


Experience


  •  5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and successful outcomes across platforms.
Technical Skills


  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
  • Excellent visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout, iconography).
  • Ability to design pixel-perfect, developer-friendly assets for Android, iOS, and web environments.
Soft Skills


  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • User empathy with a problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated user research capabilities and the ability to articulate design decisions that balance user needs with business objectives.
  • A continuous learner with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
