Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the entire UX research process, guiding the team from conceptualization to implementation of advanced product features.
Collaborate closely with product leaders, engineers, and designers to define and refine ambitious design goals and specifications.
Conduct and guide sophisticated user research activities to derive deep insights into user behaviors, requirements, and pain points.
Develop comprehensive research plans, craft intricate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to bring design concepts to life.
Iterate and enhance designs based on advanced user input and data-driven insights.
Showcase mastery in working with complex design systems and ensure seamless integration of designs.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level UX researchers, fostering a culture of excellence and continual learning.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record as a Senior UX Researcher with a robust portfolio featuring successful and impactful projects.
Expertise in advanced UX design and research tools like Figma, demonstrating a high level of proficiency.
Deep understanding and application of user-centric design principles and methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen critical thinking ability.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, integral for leading cross-functional teams.
Extensive experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and making data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with front-end development and technical constraints is a distinct advantage.
