شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to join our team to develop our digital interfaces and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong background in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for self-service kiosks and also mobile applications, ensuring seamless interaction and accessibility for diverse range of users, this role requires blend of creativity, technical expertise and deep understanding of user behavior to deliver outstanding interfaces which meet both business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities: 

User Research

  • conduct user research, to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points of users.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and usability testing plans specific to kiosk and phone application interactions.
UI/UX Design

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for kiosk applications, considering the unique challenges and opportunities of kiosk environments.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design ideas and user flows.
  • Ensure designs are accessible and comply with relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented and aligns with business goals.
  • Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
Usability Testing and Iteration

  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on kiosk or mobile app interfaces.
  • Analyze test results and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Iterate on designs based on usability testing outcomes and evolving user needs.
Industry Trends and Best Practices:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design, particularly for kiosk applications.
  • Apply industry standards and innovative design techniques to enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) as a UI/UX Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, specifically highlighting kiosk or mobile app interfaces and user interactions.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
