The Role
Main responsibilities
Supporting and maintaining WAN and LAN Networks.
Monitoring Network performance and Network devices.
Troubleshooting and resolving Network issues and problems.
Maintaining documentation e.g. network diagrams, topologies, IP plan, etc.
Resolving assigned request/incident from Service Desk Department.
Working hours: Night shifts and Days Off.
Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Requirements
At least 2 years Cisco networking experience.
Cisco CCNA certified (Holding CCNP certificates is advantageous)
Experience with WAN technologies and Strong foundation in dynamic routing protocols.
Good knowledge and experience with Packet-based protocols such as TCP/IP, and Routing Protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, EIGRP
Good knowledge and experience with Ethernet Technologies including VLANs, STP, 802.1Q, 802.1P, HSRP, etc.
Good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructure including Windows server and domains.
Working knowledge skill level in English

Experience of working in the Night Shifts is an advantage
