Role Overview: Business Development Executive in Linux administration and DevOps industry 


Objective: 


To drive the growth and expansion of POS, by identifying and engaging potential partners and clients globally, with a special focus on leveraging online platforms and direct engagement to showcase our studio’s capabilities and services.   


Core Responsibilities: 


Strategic Outreach and Engagement: 


Global Partnership Development: Conduct detailed research to identify potential partners and clients across various industries and regions, with a focus on those who could benefit from our Linux administration and DevOps services. Engage with these prospects through tailored communication strategies, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.    


Market Analysis and Engagement Strategy: Regularly analyze integrated platforms, Linux and cloud landscape in Dubai and globally to identify trends, opportunities, and potential collaboration avenues. Develop and execute engagement strategies tailored to different markets and sectors, including but not limited to entertainment, advertising, and digital content creation. 


 


Relationship Building and Management: 


Client Meetings and Presentations: Organize and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients, both online (via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and in-person (as required), to discuss possible collaborations, projects, and partnerships. Prepare and present compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and unique capabilities of our studio. 


 


Networking and Industry Events: Actively participate in relevant industry events, webinars, and forums to network with potential clients and partners. Represent our studio, sharing insights and information about our services, projects, and unique selling propositions. 


 


Proposal Development and Presentation: 


Comprehensive Proposal Creation: Craft detailed and visually engaging proposals using PowerPoint and other presentation tools to articulate the value propositions, capabilities, and success stories of our studio. Tailor these proposals to meet the specific needs and interests of potential clients and partners across various industries and regions. 


 


Feedback Incorporation and Proposal Refinement: Seek and incorporate feedback from potential clients and internal teams to continually refine and improve proposal content and presentation strategies, ensuring they remain aligned with market needs and studio offerings. 


 


Collaborative Efforts and Internal Coordination: 


Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Developers and DevOps, production, and marketing teams to gather information, insights, and updates that will enhance proposal quality and relevance. Ensure a cohesive and unified approach to presenting our studio to the external world. 


 


Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the outcomes of outreach efforts, including the status of partnerships, client engagement activities, and feedback. Use this data to inform future strategies and efforts. 


Required Skills: 
English proficiency
Familiarity with B2B negotiation techniques
Familiarity with IT industry
Having verbal and written communication skills 
Familiarization with business plan and business plan 
Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies

Tools and Resources: 


·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, for proposal development. 


·         Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and engagements. 


·         Access to industry databases and tools for research and analysis.
