Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.


To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.


 


Marketing manager job duties:

·         Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members


·         Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts


·         Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies


·         Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door


·         Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.


·         Increasing brand awareness and market share.


·         Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.


·         Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.


·         Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams


·         Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.


·         Promoting our brand at major industry-related events.





·         Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects


·         Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition


·         Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis


·         Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups


·         Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly


·         Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes


 


 



Required Skills/Education/Abilities and Experience: 



·         Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.



·         A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.



·         At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.



·         Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.



·         Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.



·         Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.



·         Strong time management and organizational abilities.
