شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Poolticket and Dorna.

Poolticket is an online marketplace for booking sports, leisure, and wellness services. Dorna is a comprehensive SaaS platform for managing sports and recreational facilities.

In this role, you will shape the direction of both products by deeply understanding users, market opportunities, and business objectives. You will own the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and validation to delivery, launch, and impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Identify user needs and market opportunities through research and data analysis
  • Translate customer problems and business objectives into effective product solutions
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery and validation to launch and evaluation
  • Create clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on user impact, business value, and feasibility
  • Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and operations teams
  • Improve user experience, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases across Poolticket
  • Increase customer activation, product adoption, and satisfaction across Dorna
  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and new growth opportunities
  • Identify and develop strategic synergies between the two products
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional product management experience
  • Proven experience leading a complex digital product or multiple product areas
  • Strong knowledge of product discovery, product strategy, and roadmap development
  • Experience conducting user research and validating problems and solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and experience defining and tracking product KPIs
  • Ability to translate complex problems into clear and actionable solutions
  • Good understanding of UX principles and software development processes
  • Strong business judgment and understanding of product growth and monetization
  • Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A structured, curious, accountable, and outcome-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience

  • Marketplace or multi-sided platform products
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • ERP, financial, operational, or management systems
  • Booking, e-commerce, or payment products
  • Growth product management and conversion optimization
  • Product analytics and user behavior analysis tools
