Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our team in order to drive business growth within a company. He or she attracts new clients by planning, executing, and optimizing scalable initiatives including integrated marketing campaigns, digital activations, field events and content. The suitable candidate has a track record of building and managing marketing campaigns with the support of marketing team across channels, being lazer focused on driving impactful commercial outcomes. He or she enjoys and thrives working cross functionally, managing multiple stakeholders towards a common goal.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level business strategy and executing business plans.
- Be the primary entity for driving KPI of business unit
- Proposing potential business deals by discovering and exploring opportunities with existing partners and potential partners and ability to understand the competitive strengths of each partner
- Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Be key component for coordinating all the functions of business and making sure the business is meeting the target.
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities to reach commercial target
- Working with marketing team to identify opportunities for campaigns, co-marketing, case studies and events that increase merchant pipeline.
- Understanding the multiple clients’ types and influencing our product direction to best serve partners and clients
- Communicating with different teams to proceed the defined projects within the business unit
- Speaking and attending events to promote Podro shop to prospective partners and merchants
- Managing a pipeline of partner sales opportunities by leading the sales team
- Design process for training and onboarding new clients and partners
Requirements:
- At least 4-year experience in Business owner, Business manager or related positions
- Experience managing different stakeholders
- Ability to lead and execute projects that involve alignment and collaboration with disciplines to reach business targets
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Business and Marketing knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
