شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices throughout the organization
  • Maintain and develop a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on user-centric solutions that meet business objectives
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts
  • Implement pixel-perfect UI designs with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Documentation of whole design process
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch
  • Strong research skills and experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • A passion for creating elegant and intuitive user experiences
  • Experienced in working within an agile development environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (analysis, interpretation, and reasoning)
