Qualifications
Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
Proficiency in HRIS and in general HR technology tools for managing employee data, payroll, benefits, and other HR processes
Master for designing compensations and other employee benefits, also ability to prepare salary structure and incentive plans plus calculation of payroll.
The ability to leverage data analytics knowledge and techniques for decisions making related to workforce planning and team engagement
Deep knowledge about labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Deep knowledge about hiring process, assessment to hire best-fit candidates
Proficiency with performance management methods for team evaluations and familiarity with suitable tools for running PMP in the company
Familiarity with DM methods such as feedback and coaching for employees development
Familiarity with the latest trends of HR globally (especially in tech and startup industry) in order to localize needful ones for the company
Deep knowledge about HR metrics and success metrics in order to lead company for continues growth in terms of human capital efficiency
