About the Role

We’re looking for a mid-level Full-Stack Developer who doesn’t just write code — they ship quality software at speed by leveraging the best tools available. We believe AI-assisted development is the future, and it’s a core part of how we build.

If you’re someone who pairs strong engineering fundamentals with a mastery of AI coding tools — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our product

• Write clean, well-tested JavaScript/TypeScript code on both frontend and backend

• Use AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.) as a daily part of your development workflow

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship user-facing features

• Participate in code reviews — reviewing AI-generated code with the same rigor as human-written code

• Help establish and refine AI-assisted development practices within the team

• Debug, profile, and optimize applications for performance and reliability

• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes — writing manifests (Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets) and troubleshooting workloads in dev and production

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation

Must-Have Requirements

Technical

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular)

• Experience with at least one backend framework (Node.js, Express, NestJS, Fastify, etc.)

• Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL)

• Experience with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication and authorization flows

• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and standard dev tooling

AI Tools for Coding ⭐ (Critical Requirement)

• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI coding assistants in day-to-day development

• Ability to effectively prompt, iterate, and validate AI-generated output

• Understanding of when to use AI tools and when to rely on deep engineering knowledge

• Strong code review instincts — can spot flaws, security issues, and anti-patterns in AI-generated code just as well as human-written code

• Track record of measurable productivity gains from AI-assisted workflows (preferred)
What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will have:

• Shipped at least one meaningful feature end-to-end

• Demonstrated fluent use of AI coding tools in your daily workflow

• Completed and received code reviews that reflect strong engineering judgment

• Contributed to improving team practices around AI-assisted development

• Successfully deployed or maintained at least one service on Kubernetes
