Project Introduction

We offer personalized training and mentoring augmented with latest AI technologies. This includes personalized AI agents and chatbots, learning content (video, files), and human support all in a multi-side platform.


About this Role

We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.

You will work with the project founders and cross-functional teams to learn from the idea, brainstorm as you go, and focus on delivering result that is top priority to the business.

We expect you to be detail-oriented and capable of async work so that your design has everything needed to be developed by the programmers without the need for your online support. At the same time, we work in a startup mode and might prioritize Speed and User Experience over Quality and User Interface! (would work well for now and can be improved later > would work perfectly but takes too long to design)


Responsibilities

You will work on designing the product, from wireframing to UX and UI work. You will also provide support in Product Management and improvement features. This is a collaborative work and we might pivot as we go.

Requirements

  • Have experience designing apps, not just landing pages
  • Figma (Advanced)
  • English (writing and reading - Upper Intermediate)
  • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
  • An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Provide assistance to product engineers when needed
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Organized and dependable
  • Great communication and professional working attitude

Would be an asset to have

  • Digital Marketing
  • Training or Mentorship experience
