Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the company’s digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, and increase conversion rates. This pivotal role requires strategic alignment with business goals through innovative digital campaigns and continuous performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on PPC across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media, as well as email marketing to maximize ROI.
Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Translate data into actionable insights to maximize ROI.
Optimize Website Performance: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and optimize user experience. Familiarity with SEO best practices is beneficial for contributing to improving organic search rankings.
Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns, including creating content, listing segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
Budget Management: Responsible for the digital marketing budget planning and ensuring resources are utilized efficiently to generate maximum results.
Website Design and Management: Familiarity with website design and management using WordPress is beneficial for maintaining and optimizing the company’s online presence.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve your digital marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, leadership qualities, and a creative approach to problem-solving. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Language Proficiency: Above-average to advanced English skills required

Working Conditions:

Location: Remote
