Position Overview

We are looking for a Hotel Content Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in creating, updating, and maintaining hotel, villa, and accommodation listings on our platform.

During the internship, you will learn how to collect and manage property information, write and edit Persian content, ensure listing accuracy, and communicate with property owners and business partners to complete missing information.

This is an on-site internship based in Jordan (Jordaan), Tehran, suitable for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in the travel and hospitality industry.

Internship Duration & Employment Opportunity:
The internship is unpaid. Based on performance and successful completion of the internship period, there may be an opportunity for employment with SnappTrip.

Working Hours:
Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location:
Jordan, Tehran – On-site

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and launching new hotel, villa, and accommodation listings on the platform.
Collect, complete, and accurately enter property information.
Write and edit Persian descriptions and accommodation-related content.
Review published listings and help maintain content quality and accuracy.
Communicate with hotel owners, villa hosts, and business partners to collect missing information.
Conduct phone follow-ups to obtain required details and resolve content-related issues.
Assist the Commercial team with onboarding and updating accommodation listings.
Update property details, facilities, and other relevant information when required.
Follow company content and quality standards.

Requirements

Strong Persian writing and editing skills.
Good verbal communication and follow-up skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on assigned requests.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Interest in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.
Willingness to work on-site in Jordan, Tehran.
Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Internship & Career Opportunity

The internship is unpaid. Interns will receive on-the-job training and work closely with the team throughout the internship period.

اما کار همین‌جا تمام نشد، تیم ما هر روز بزرگ‌تر می‌شد و هر روز رویا و هدف‌های جدیدی پیش رویمان قرار می‌گرفت که بزرگ‌ترینشان این بود که بتوانیم تمامی مراحل سفر را تحت‌پوشش قرار دهیم. خرید آنلاین بلیط هواپیما، قطار و اتوبوس را هم به خدماتمان اضافه کردیم و انقدر بزرگ شدیم که توانستیم از نام‌خانوادگی‌مان، اسنپ، استفاده کنیم و اسممان را از پین‌تاپین به اسنپ‌تریپ تغییر دهیم. خدمات ویژه‌ای را هم برای شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌ها فراهم کردیم و در سایتمان بخشی را به سفرهای کاری اختصاص دادیم.
حالا اسنپ‌تریپ از آن گروه کوچک چندنفره به گروهی 220 نفره تبدیل شده و یکی از بزرگ‌ترین سامانه‌‌های آنلاین خدمات سفر (بلیط، هتل و ...) است.
اما هدف‌های ما برای ارائه خدمات بهتر و بزرگ‌ترشدن هنوز ادامه دارد. قدم بعدی‌مان این است که به‌روزترین مرجع‌ گردشگری ایران باشیم و کیفیت خدمات آنلاینمان آن‌قدر بالا باشد که تمامی گردشگران خدمات آنلاین را به خدمات آفلاین ترجیح بدهند. ما منتظر روزی هستیم که اسنپ‌تریپ برای گردشگران یادآور تجربه خوش سفر باشد.
