Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Consult and support hiring Managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions in the technology Department.
Determine selection criteria
Develop with hiring managers a recruiting strategy for each position.
Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, determine effectiveness of recruiting results, and source new candidate.
Counseling managers on interviewing process and best practices.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks, and create contacts in the industry to find qualified passive candidates.
Post positions to efficient sources.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Review applicants’ resumes to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Conducting candidate interviews (Phone, online,…) and reference checks, extending job offers, and serving as point-person for candidates and new hires
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Compile and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on recruitment and selection.
Prepare documentation for the hiring process
Have basic knowledge about technology job positions
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
2-3 years of experience in recruitment (Tech Industry background preferred)
BSc or Master's degree from accredited university in relevant fields (Human Resources Management/ Psychology (I/O), MBA) is an asset
English fluency is a definite asset

اما کار همینجا تمام نشد، تیم ما هر روز بزرگتر میشد و هر روز رویا و هدفهای جدیدی پیش رویمان قرار میگرفت که بزرگترینشان این بود که بتوانیم تمامی مراحل سفر را تحتپوشش قرار دهیم. خرید آنلاین بلیط هواپیما، قطار و اتوبوس را هم به خدماتمان اضافه کردیم و انقدر بزرگ شدیم که توانستیم از نامخانوادگیمان، اسنپ، استفاده کنیم و اسممان را از پینتاپین به اسنپتریپ تغییر دهیم. خدمات ویژهای را هم برای شرکتها و سازمانها فراهم کردیم و در سایتمان بخشی را به سفرهای کاری اختصاص دادیم.
حالا اسنپتریپ از آن گروه کوچک چندنفره به گروهی 220 نفره تبدیل شده و یکی از بزرگترین سامانههای آنلاین خدمات سفر (بلیط، هتل و ...) است.
اما هدفهای ما برای ارائه خدمات بهتر و بزرگترشدن هنوز ادامه دارد. قدم بعدیمان این است که بهروزترین مرجع گردشگری ایران باشیم و کیفیت خدمات آنلاینمان آنقدر بالا باشد که تمامی گردشگران خدمات آنلاین را به خدمات آفلاین ترجیح بدهند. ما منتظر روزی هستیم که اسنپتریپ برای گردشگران یادآور تجربه خوش سفر باشد.
