Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠UI Design Creation: Design visually appealing and user-friendly user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive user experience.

2.⁠ ⁠Motion Design & Animations: Develop motion graphics and micro-interactions to make the UI more engaging and interactive, focusing on smooth transitions and visual feedback.

3.⁠ ⁠Landing Page Design: Design compelling and effective landing pages that capture user attention and drive conversions.

4.⁠ ⁠Design System Contribution: Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency across all design elements and interfaces.

5.⁠ ⁠Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for different screen sizes, delivering a seamless experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

6.⁠ ⁠Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to bring designs to life while maintaining visual integrity.

7.⁠ ⁠User-Centered Design: Apply principles of user-centered design to ensure that visual elements not only look great but also improve usability and accessibility.

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in UI design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in visual design and motion graphics.

•⁠  ⁠Education: A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).

•⁠  ⁠Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.

•⁠  ⁠Motion Design Expertise: Strong skills in creating animations and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Figma.

•⁠  ⁠UI Design Skills: Strong understanding of UI principles, typography, color theory, and iconography.

•⁠  ⁠Responsive Design: Experience designing for mobile-first and ensuring designs are responsive across devices.

•⁠  ⁠Attention to Detail: Ability to create pixel-perfect designs with an eye for detail and consistency across all interfaces.

•⁠  ⁠Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product designers, product managers, and developers.

•⁠  ⁠Design Systems Knowledge: Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system to ensure consistency in UI elements.

تا چند وقت پیش کسانی که به فکر سفر می‌افتادند، منبع جامع و کاملی از هتل‌ها در دسترس نداشتند تا بتوانند بسته به بودجه و سلیقه‌شان اقامتگاهی مناسب پیدا کنند. اسنپ تریپ 95 درصد از اقامتگاه‌های ایران را در سایت گردآوری کرده است تا مسافران هتل‌ها را مقایسه کنند و اقامتگاه مدنظرشان را با بهترین قیمت به‌صورت آنلاین رزرو کنند.
اما کار همین‌جا تمام نشد، تیم ما هر روز بزرگ‌تر می‌شد و هر روز رویا و هدف‌های جدیدی پیش رویمان قرار می‌گرفت که بزرگ‌ترینشان این بود که بتوانیم تمامی مراحل سفر را تحت‌پوشش قرار دهیم. خرید آنلاین بلیط هواپیما، قطار و اتوبوس را هم به خدماتمان اضافه کردیم و انقدر بزرگ شدیم که توانستیم از نام‌خانوادگی‌مان، اسنپ، استفاده کنیم و اسممان را از پین‌تاپین به اسنپ‌تریپ تغییر دهیم. خدمات ویژه‌ای را هم برای شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌ها فراهم کردیم و در سایتمان بخشی را به سفرهای کاری اختصاص دادیم.
حالا اسنپ‌تریپ از آن گروه کوچک چندنفره به گروهی 220 نفره تبدیل شده و یکی از بزرگ‌ترین سامانه‌‌های آنلاین خدمات سفر (بلیط، هتل و ...) است.
اما هدف‌های ما برای ارائه خدمات بهتر و بزرگ‌ترشدن هنوز ادامه دارد. قدم بعدی‌مان این است که به‌روزترین مرجع‌ گردشگری ایران باشیم و کیفیت خدمات آنلاینمان آن‌قدر بالا باشد که تمامی گردشگران خدمات آنلاین را به خدمات آفلاین ترجیح بدهند. ما منتظر روزی هستیم که اسنپ‌تریپ برای گردشگران یادآور تجربه خوش سفر باشد.
