Responsibilities

User-Centered Design: Transform business needs and user feedback into compelling, efficient designs.
Design Execution: Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile platforms.
UI Development: Create style guides, design systems, and visually engaging interfaces, including input controls and navigational components.
Graphic Design: Produce graphic assets (images, sketches, tables) that align with a consistent visual identity.
Motion Design & Micro-Interactions: Develop and integrate animations for micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and delight.
User Experience & Responsiveness: Identify and resolve UX challenges, ensuring designs are fully responsive across devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with product, engineering, and management teams, integrating feedback and data insights throughout the design process.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging design trends and best practices to enhance overall product experiences.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a Product Designer.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
Portfolio: Proven track record of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile (portfolio required).
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, lottielab, Blender, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Visual & Motion Design Advantage: Strong icon-design skills and the ability to create attractive visual elements and micro-interactions are high hiring priorities.
Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS (plus).
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to aesthetics, consistency, and design quality.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to a supportive team environment.

تا چند وقت پیش کسانی که به فکر سفر می‌افتادند، منبع جامع و کاملی از هتل‌ها در دسترس نداشتند تا بتوانند بسته به بودجه و سلیقه‌شان اقامتگاهی مناسب پیدا کنند. اسنپ تریپ 95 درصد از اقامتگاه‌های ایران را در سایت گردآوری کرده است تا مسافران هتل‌ها را مقایسه کنند و اقامتگاه مدنظرشان را با بهترین قیمت به‌صورت آنلاین رزرو کنند.
اما کار همین‌جا تمام نشد، تیم ما هر روز بزرگ‌تر می‌شد و هر روز رویا و هدف‌های جدیدی پیش رویمان قرار می‌گرفت که بزرگ‌ترینشان این بود که بتوانیم تمامی مراحل سفر را تحت‌پوشش قرار دهیم. خرید آنلاین بلیط هواپیما، قطار و اتوبوس را هم به خدماتمان اضافه کردیم و انقدر بزرگ شدیم که توانستیم از نام‌خانوادگی‌مان، اسنپ، استفاده کنیم و اسممان را از پین‌تاپین به اسنپ‌تریپ تغییر دهیم. خدمات ویژه‌ای را هم برای شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌ها فراهم کردیم و در سایتمان بخشی را به سفرهای کاری اختصاص دادیم.
حالا اسنپ‌تریپ از آن گروه کوچک چندنفره به گروهی 220 نفره تبدیل شده و یکی از بزرگ‌ترین سامانه‌‌های آنلاین خدمات سفر (بلیط، هتل و ...) است.
اما هدف‌های ما برای ارائه خدمات بهتر و بزرگ‌ترشدن هنوز ادامه دارد. قدم بعدی‌مان این است که به‌روزترین مرجع‌ گردشگری ایران باشیم و کیفیت خدمات آنلاینمان آن‌قدر بالا باشد که تمامی گردشگران خدمات آنلاین را به خدمات آفلاین ترجیح بدهند. ما منتظر روزی هستیم که اسنپ‌تریپ برای گردشگران یادآور تجربه خوش سفر باشد.
