Job Description:


 We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to join our team. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to optimize our online presence and maximize visibility on search engine results pages.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.


2. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.


3. Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and on-page elements, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.


4. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine crawling and indexing.


5. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas for improvement.


6. Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and audience intent.


7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates, and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.


8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our SEO efforts.


9. Implement and manage off-page optimization strategies, including link building, social media engagement, and influencer outreach.


10. Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.


11. Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices in website design and development projects.


12. Stay informed about the latest SEO tools, techniques, and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team.



Requirements: 


1. Proven work experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.


2. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.


3. Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.


4. Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.


5. Experience with website analytics tools to track SEO performance and generate reports.


6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.


7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


8. Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings.


9. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.


10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
