A Digital Marketing Executive in the agency is responsible to propose, execute, manage, report, evaluate, track and optimize digital marketing activities for the agency’s client (or clients) appointed to the person. This position fulfills the area of digital marketing knowledge and idea generation of the agency. S/He is required to build positive relations with suppliers in the field as well to ensure a perfect outcome of the jobs.
Responsibilities:·
Gain and maintain current detailed knowledge of the Client’s business, operation and structure, products, competitive products and other relevant areas that may have an impact upon Client’s business relationship with the Agency ·
Respond to Client’s requests and briefs within time frames that are agreed with Client and relevant Agency personnel ·
Effectively present, in liaison with the different departments and personnel, concepts, visuals, finished designs, campaigns plans, cost estimates and other items that may be needed from time to time to ensure the efficient management of the account ·
Prepare and present to Client, Client’s senior management and Agency personnel among others PowerPoint presentations that may be required in the effective management of the account ·
Plan, organize, and execute Client campaign plans, content development, and all the other digital marketing activities ·
Follow client’s scope of work as dictated by contract (if retainer) or by project (if project based) ·
Manage client’s different owned digital media (e.g. Social Media, website, …), content calendar, and digital marketing processes
