شرح موقعیت شغلی

Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a Scrum Master, implementing agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency
and manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep the team organized, on track, and
focused.
2. Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings for the internal product (Basic Design) team to
ensure effective communication and collaboration.
3. Create specific action plans after meetings and add them to project management
applications for tracking and follow-up purposes.
4. Assist CPO (Chief product Officer) to Serve as a bridge between the internal teams, and
other external teams, including Product Design and Development and any other team.
5. Working directly with CPO (Chief product Officer) and assist to implement project goals,
assigning duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed
6. Assist CPO to Organizing and storing project reports and documents and performing KPI
and monitoring the tasks improvement.
7. Assist CPO to maintenance and facilitate the product department backlogs, ensuring that
projects are prioritized and aligned with KPI and planning Roadmap

Qualifications:

1. Maintain fluent communication in English.
2. Related or equivalent experience.
3. Proficiency in tools such as Notion, Asana, Miro, Canva, and Microsoft Teams.
4. Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
5. Knowledge of other Agile methods such as Kanban and XP.

This role is designed to provide robust support to the CPO (chief product officer)
encompassing a wide range of tasks that require a mid-level professional with a diverse skill
set.The candidate must be adaptable, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and possesses strong abilities and expertise in leadership, facilitation,
situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and
enhancing transparency.
