We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer who is responsible for executing all written deliverables. In this position, the content writer will produce a wide range of content and copy, from strategy documents, and positioning statements to case studies, white papers, webinar decks, landing pages, website, emails,blog posts, sales collateral, product documents, and more.
Responsibilities:
1. Creating relevant content that aligns with industry trends and is tailored to specific reader segments. 2. Develop the content into multiple formats for different audiences and channels including internal material, business, and product documentation, and website material. 3. Keep up with industry trends, and our business keywords and create content that is relevant. 4. Attending meetings that involve multiple teams, including product and business teams, to gather important information. 5. Research, write, and edit content for websites, whitepapers, and documents. 6. Meet and interview the teams to learn about business products and... 7. Examine existing documentation and plan for the best use of existing resources. 8. Generate ideas and interact with graphic designers for the best ways of communicating a subject. 9. Ensure compliance with the law, e.g., copyright and data protection. 10. Stay up-to-date with teams and generate new ideas. 11. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles. 12. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone) 13. Working with Product Marketing and Sales, identifying customers’ needs and gaps in our content, and recommending new topics.
Requirements and skills: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and management or an effective role 2. Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials in B2B or B2G 3. Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine 4. content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills 6. Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail and timelines 7. Strong prioritization and organization skills 8. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines accordingly 9. Creativity and the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement 10. Proficiency in English and Persian 11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 12. Passion for creating engaging content 13. Superior skills with related software 14.
