About the role:

We’re looking for a software engineer who will play a challenging role in improving our current application as well as developing new services to address business requirements with full-stack technologies. You should be familiar with the stages of software development.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of complex applications using Java.
Ensure the sharing of knowledge and efficient division of work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest stable technologies and developments in technology and product-driven company.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
Develop and maintain applications, proactively collaborate with team members.
Support all product line features for all services.
Help the team maintain current projects.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of software architecture.
At least 5 years of professional experience in developing complex applications using Java.
Strong knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles.
Basic understanding of OOP design patterns.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Deep knowledge of Java (11+) programming language.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and micro-services architecture to create scalable and efficient backend services.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and leading a team in a collaborative environment, ensuring efficient division of work and timely delivery of projects.
Advanced knowledge of common Java technologies such as Spring (and its ecosystem), Reactor is preferred.
Solid knowledge of designing and using relational and Non-relational databases including MySql, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.
Experience with message brokers like Rabbit MQ and Apache Kafka.
Subtle knowledge of Linux.
Advanced knowledge of Git version control.
Experience in CI/CD processes and test-driven development.
Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code to maintain the quality and performance of applications.
Experience in working with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying projects.
Interest and dedication to learning new technologies and coming up with innovative solutions.
Experience with monitoring tools.
Experience in Test-Driven Development.
Familiarity with security principles (Identity, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC))
Passion for learning and adapting to new tools and technologies, continuously expanding knowledge and experience.
Experience with automated testing tools.

Desired Qualifications (Optional):

Good understanding of performance concepts.
Exposure to some or all of these technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, ELK Stack, Redis.

Location and Work Hours:

This is a full-time position based in our company office, located in Tehran, Iran. Work hours will be based on Tehran Timezone, from 8 (~9:30) AM to 5 (~6:30) PM, Saturday to Wednesday.
