Role Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer in Vibe’s Marketing team, you will lead the design and execution of visual assets across campaigns, digital media, POSM, and print. This role combines hands-on art direction, maintaining brand identity, mentoring one Graphic Designer, and coordinating external design agencies/freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Key Visuals: Develop campaign Key Visuals (KVs) and execute visual assets for social media, digital ads, print, presentations, and merchant co-marketing.
Brand Identity: Maintain visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints and channels.
Team Guidance: Manage, review, and mentor one Graphic Designer (task allocation, feedback, and quality control).
Outsourced Design Management: Brief, coordinate, and review deliverables from external creative vendors and freelancers.
AI Tool Integration: Utilize generative AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, etc.) for visual exploration and workflow optimization.
Production Preparation: Prepare final production-ready assets for digital publishing and print.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or advertising campaigns.
Portfolio: Strong track record spanning digital, social media, campaign, and print design.
Technical Proficiency: High mastery of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; solid working knowledge of Figma.
Design Core: Deep understanding of Persian typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
Leadership & Vendors: Experience guiding/mentoring at least one designer and overseeing external creative partners.
AI Expertise: Practical experience using AI image and video generation tools.

Nice to Have:
Background in Fintech, E-commerce, Retail, or Advertising Agencies.
Motion graphics skills (After Effects) or POSM/retail design experience.
