شرح موقعیت شغلی

1. Technical Skills & Experience

Blockchain Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
SCF Knowledge: Strong grasp of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) concepts, including invoice financing, dynamic discounting, and trade credit.
AI & Data Analytics: Experience in leveraging AI for predictive analytics, risk assessment, and fraud detection in SCF.
Smart Contract Development: Familiarity with Solidity (Ethereum), Rust (Solana), or other smart contract languages.
DeFi & Tokenomics: Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi), liquidity pools, and token economics.
Interoperability & Layer 2 Solutions: Experience with cross-chain solutions and Layer 2 scaling techniques.

2. Product & Business Acumen

Product Vision & Strategy: Ability to define the product roadmap and align blockchain and AI capabilities with business goals.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Understanding of existing SCF solutions (e.g., Marco Polo Network, Centrifuge) and how to differentiate.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Experience in launching blockchain-based financial products, including regulatory compliance and partnerships.

3. Leadership & Collaboration

Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work with engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and compliance teams.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in dealing with financial institutions, suppliers, and corporate buyers.
Agile & Lean Development: Familiarity with agile methodologies, user testing, and iterative product development.

4. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge

Regulatory Landscape: Awareness of legal frameworks for blockchain finance, AML/KYC, and financial data privacy.
Security & Risk Management: Understanding of blockchain security, smart contract vulnerabilities, and AI model risks.
