شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Advocate for the end-user in all stages of the design and development process.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Strong skills in user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Demonstrated experience with user-centered design thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity through a strong portfolio.
