Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Assist in developing interview questions and assessments that align with the role's requirements.
Promote the company's employer brand through online and offline channels.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment drives.
Create engaging content to showcase the company's culture and values on social media and other platforms.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve the hiring process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
