Educational Background

Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in blockchain, fintech, digital marketing, or emerging technologies can be advantageous.

Professional Experience

Industry Exposure:
- Proven track record (typically 5+ years) in business development roles within blockchain, lending technology (lendtech), and marketing technology (martech) environments.
- Experience working with startups or tech companies, preferably in roles that required scaling products and services.
Market Entry & Growth:
- Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, enter new markets, and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to innovative technologies.

Technical & Industry-Specific Knowledge

Blockchain:
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms) and its applications across industries.
- Experience navigating the regulatory and security challenges unique to blockchain projects.
Lendtech:
- Familiarity with digital lending platforms, risk assessment models, and regulatory frameworks.
- Insight into how technology is reshaping traditional lending practices.
Martech:
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, digital analytics, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience with tools and platforms that drive customer engagement and digital transformation.
