شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand current market dynamics.
Identify and reach out to business owners and decision-makers for interviews.
Prepare and conduct structured interviews to discover pain points, unmet needs, and behavior patterns.
Analyze interview results to find recurring patterns and emerging needs.
Validate hypotheses about potential penetration points for new market entries.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership.
Collaborate with product and strategy teams to design initial go-to-market plans based on research insights.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in market research, business development research, product discovery, consulting, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative data into clear insights.
- Comfortable speaking directly with business owners, managers, and executives.
- Knowledge of business models and market structures.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
Personal Traits:
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Highly curious with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in an exploratory environment.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
