شرح موقعیت شغلی

Penco, a leading product in Iran’s gaming and entertainment ecosystem, is seeking a professional Copywriter to craft creative, compelling, and strategic content for social media and advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in advertising copy, marketing, and branding, with the ability to turn ideas into impactful messages. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, content strategy, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities:

Write creative content aligned with trends and brand strategy
Manage and upload content across social platforms and website (WordPress)
Develop slogans, headlines, scripts, and narratives for campaigns and visual content
Ensure consistency of brand voice & tone across all channels
Contribute to brand storytelling and audience-focused messaging
Conduct benchmarks and keyword research
Execute live/recorded campaign programs and oversee marketing tasks
Respond to user reviews in app stores
Maintain content calendar and provide daily marketing activity reports

Skills:

Strong writing proficiency in Persian (formal & conversational styles)
Familiarity with content strategy, branding, and digital marketing
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Trello and project management tools
Proficiency in AI-powered content tools and WordPress
Flexible in handling unpredictable tasks and strong team collaboration
English writing and grammar knowledge is an advantage
