شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced R&D Expert to join our team and drive the development of innovative gaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development, a passion for gaming, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for exploring new technologies, optimizing existing products, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our gaming portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Innovation:
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in the gaming industry.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in game design, mechanics, and user experience.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept projects to test new ideas.

2. Collaboration:
- Work closely with game designers, developers, and product managers to integrate R&D findings into ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

3. Product Development:
- Contribute to the design and development of new game features and enhancements based on research findings.
- Analyze user feedback and gameplay data to inform R&D efforts and improve product offerings.

4. Technical Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in gaming technology, programming languages, and software development tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports on research findings, project progress, and recommendations for future development.
- Present research outcomes and proposals to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in R&D or a similar role within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of game design principles, software development processes, and user experience best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
