Responsibilities:
● Lead Development team to implement new product.
● Maintain and improve the performance and quality of existing software.
● Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
● Recommend improvements needed in implemented programs or production architecture.
● Manage daily scrum meetings and report on what's done and what will be done.
● Deliver high quality reusable code complying with design patterns and separation of concerns.
● Design and Implement necessary tests including unit test, load test etc.
● Overseeing data security and management.
Requirements
● High team-work motivation and ability.
● Ability and tendency to learn new concepts and technologies.
● Ability to meet deadlines on time.
● Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
● Problem solving skills.
● Familiar with software development life cycle (Scrum is a plus).
● Familiar with software requirement analysis.
