شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Context:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated mid-level QA Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our testing strategies, implementing automation, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of web technologies, robust testing methodologies, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Job Description:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies; strong knowledge of Agile testing

• Proficient in both manual and automated testing

• Ability to analyze test results and document findings

• Experience testing back-end and front-end APIs and evaluating system design

• Ability to define, design, and execute test scenarios

• Experience working with tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Insomnia

• Designing and implementing test scenarios, test cases, and test plans

• Collecting, logging, and categorizing bug reports and product issues

• Collaborating with the support team to address user issues and following up with the technical team

• Preparing defect reports and presenting test results to the product development team

• Researching tools, technologies, and best practices, and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team

• Collaborating with senior management to organize requirements

• Effective communication with the technical team to achieve business goals and participating in project progress meetings

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual + automated).

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.

• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).

• Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

• Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing best practices.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Fin-tech or high-security platforms (a plus).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Proficiency in databases

• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, UML, and diagrams

• ISTQB certification
