| Realization of the leasing and re-leasing activities according to the budget objectives in order to achieve the targeted rent income and occupancy rates in the annual business plans of our shopping center. | Determination of tenant candidates in accordance with rental strategies and branding goals of our shopping center | Meeting organizations with tenant candidates | Managing all contract processes | Following all entire process after signature the contracts until the key hand over | Evaluating potential tenants and leasing applicants | Prepare proposed pricing strategies & pricing updates | The regular follow-up of market and tenant performance inside the shopping center | Creation of the new strategies by following the potential tenant problem, the companies newly entered to the market, the new developed shopping centers | To ensure maximizing rental income in line with company goals | Maintain and Support the relations between the tenants and relevant department of the shopping center | To make the follow-up of rental procedures | The preparation of feasibility, competition analysis, market research and all other relevant reports to help the upper management | Graduated from a business administration program in relevant university | Minimum 5 years of experience in shopping center leasing activities | Experience on retail sector, branding, tenant mix | Preferred Age: Up to 45 years old | Preferred Gender: Female | Experienced in different type of agreements (know the basic legal circumstances) | Familiar with Iranian Brands owners | Familiar with pricing methodology | Fluency English | Reporting and analysis skills | Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills | Has an analytical mind-set | Proficient in MS Office programs | Experienced in customer relations and team motivation | Able to work flexible hours | Smiling, positive, dynamic
